This service provides marketing and informational messages to motor carriers registered with a USDOT number, facilitating compliance with necessary Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration filings.

2. Opting Out: You may discontinue receiving SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" to [Short Code]. Upon receipt of your request, we will send a confirmation message. You will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe.

4. Carrier Liability: Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/carrier and is beyond the control of DOT Registrations Firm. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Costs and Message Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. You will receive transactional messages as needed to inform you of necessary actions regarding your account or services. For marketing messages, you will receive up to 4 messages per month. You can manage your message preferences or opt out at any time by texting 'STOP'
